ABA film blower is covered from top to bottom. That is to loosen the screw when it is thick. This is called the forward-adjusting die head. If there is a big mouth below and the top die is put in, it is to loosen the thin side and tighten the thick side. This is called reverse adjustment. The die head has 4 or 6 adjusting bolts, usually six angles inside.

Clean the head and spirochete, use paraffin or methyl silicone oil to smear when cleaning, and then gently wipe the paste with 1000 mesh sandpaper until clean. When changing material, the temperature should be adjusted according to material property (there is difference between return material and pure material temperature). After changing mesh, the extrusion quantity should be increased to extrude paste.
The key point is that in the production process, it is often best to add a little methyl silicone oil to the hopper once a week, which can lubricate the screw die and also play a role in clearing the mould. The width is determined by the amount of gas in the bubble. If it is not wide enough, it will be filled with gas and it will deflate at a wide width. The thickness is controlled by the main engine and the traction. The slow speed of the main engine is fast and thin.
