ABA film blower is a plastic processing method, which refers to a plastic processing technology that melts plastic particles and then blows them into thin films. The quality of the material blown by this process is related to the blown film machine and plastic particles. If the film is blown out of the new material, the color will be clean and the finished product will be stretched well.
If the plastic particles made from recycled waste plastics are usually added pigments to the film, the film may be unevenly colored, brittle and fragile, and the price is lower. Such as fresh fruits, meat, pickles, fresh milk, liquid drinks, medical supplies and so on. If the non-professional blower or blower does not use the correct method in the processing, then the film material may be inferior.
Most PE is used for blown film processing. Universal low density PE (LDPE) or linear low density PE (LLDPE) are available. The HDPE film level is generally used in places requiring superior tensile properties and excellent impervious properties. For example, HDPE films are commonly used in commodity bags, grocery bags and food packaging. PE film processing is usually done by conventional blow molding or flat extrusion.
