The surface of the blown film is more beautiful and feels more comfortable. The filters and corona processors of extruders must be replaced regularly. Generally, the filters must be replaced within 24 to 48 hours and the silicone rollers of corona processors must be cleaned with alcohol. The specifications of the filter are two levels, 80 mesh, one layer, 100 purposes, and three layers of filters. Corona processor guide roller can not start corona processor without moving film. Once the film is broken or shut down, corona processor should be turned off urgently to avoid burning of corona processor. Place the sealing machine in a dry and ventilated place, usually at room temperature of around 25 C.
Every two days of operation, 6 # oil should be added to the moving parts, mainly in gear, bearing and gearbox. Dust removal should be done regularly, and the whole machine should be cleaned. Unplug the power supply and hide it with cloth. If the running time is too long, the cooling fan should be turned on before shutdown, and then shut down after the temperature decreases. Because the high temperature belt is very simple to damage. The high temperature zone should be regularly dedusting to ensure the sealing quality. Severe wear parts should be replaced in time to extend the life of the whole machine.
